Associate HR Director

Alison is an HR Director and People Strategy Consultant who is passionate about working with founders, boards and leadership teams to ensure their people strategy is as strong, clear and ambitious as their business plan.

Working in a relationship-led way, she acts as a trusted senior adviser to a select portfolio of growing businesses, bringing a commercially grounded and human approach. Alison operates comfortably at board level on strategy, structure and organisational design, while also supporting leaders through complex, sensitive or high-stakes people matters. Her expertise spans fractional HR Director support, organisational design and restructuring, culture and change leadership, leadership coaching, complex employee relations, recruitment strategy and HR systems and compliance.

An accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, she also delivers individual and team development programmes that build self-awareness, strengthen leadership capability and enhance team alignment.
