How Loch can help

We aim to provide a high quality, efficient and speedy service throughout the Occupational Health Referral process. Below is an outline of all the steps taken to get your employees the assistance they require.

At the first step we will ask you to complete a Management Referral form, which we submit to our Occupational Health partner on your behalf. You will be required to complete the sections shown below. We encourage you to fill in as many details as possible regarding the employees’ health to ensure our Occupational Health partner can provide an accurate report.

  • Employee Details
  • Job details Reasons for referral/concerns about employee
  • General questions to be answered
  • Specific questions to be answered

The details provided on the form will then be used to triage the employee and provide an appointment type and price with a dedicated practitioner to conduct an online assessment. Please note the prices for the triaged appointments will vary based on the type of appointment as well as on the individual conducting the appointment.

We will then advise you of the price for this appointment and should you wish to proceed we will arrange for the employee to be contacted to liaise for a suitable time and date.

Once an Occupational Health assessment is completed a report will then be provided in a password protected format which will be sent by our HR team to yourselves for review. The report will state whether the employee is fit to work, as well as provide guidance and advice on any recommendations that may help your organisation and employee manage their health at work.

At every step of the way we aim to keep you appropriately updated and informed of what stage the referral is at and if we require anything further to proceed.

The price of each Occupational Health assessment varies dependent on each assessment and the price includes the final report.
