Due to the continued growth of the business, and our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of new employees across our legal, HR and Operations teams, further strengthening our multi-disciplinary offering to clients.
Joining as Partners, Lauren McLaughlin and Neil Kelley will bring further expertise to our employment law and commercial/corporate law offerings respectively.
Lauren is an accomplished employment lawyer who trained and has been based in London for many years. Her experience encompasses advising clients from the financial, legal, charity, banking and health sectors, among others, on a variety of areas from hidden disabilities, sex discrimination and long-term sickness and performance issues, to providing strategic advice and training.
Neil is an expert in dispute resolution and commercial law with experience in charity related disputes and tax tribunals/appeals. Neil’s 25 years of experience means he is well placed to advise clients. Neil worked at a City firm for a number of years, before leaving and setting up his own firm. Following a successful merger resulting from years of organic growth, Neil moved on to providing consultancy and legal services to various firms of solicitors and businesses, both nationally and overseas.
Also joining our legal teams are Associate Solicitors Emre Vurgun, in our Corporate Commercial team, and Najia Robbani and Lydia Ashman who specialise in Employment Law, and Trainee Solicitor Shree Ganesha.
For our HR team, Joanna Matthews joins as an HR Consultant and Zahra Phillip as HR Co-ordinator, supporting our team of HR Consultants.
Joanna is an HR Professional with 17 years’ experience, most recently in the NHS and hospitality sectors. Her previous experience will no doubt benefit our clients with their day-to-day HR queries and with forward planning for all people eventualities facing an organization.
Joshua Hay and Eva Ugarow also recently joined our Operations team as Client Experience Co-Ordinators.
Pam Loch, Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, recognises the contribution that these new team members will make to the business, “It is a reflection of an award-winning business, which punches well above its weight, that candidates of this calibre are choosing to join our team to progress their careers. Their qualities will further strengthen our capabilities, and ensure that we can continue to grow while maintaining the high standards of work for which we have become known across the London and the South East”.
