HR Director

Kate is an HR Director with over 20 years’ experience in strategic human resources and creating effective teams. Kate focuses on aligning clients’ people plans to support the vision and strategy of the organisation. She is passionate about enhancing employee engagement through progressive people focused ideas and initiatives in order to encourage and support employees to be the best they can be.

Kate is CIPD qualified and has a BSc in Banking and Finance.

Outside of work Kate enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Rocco. She also enjoys exercising and loves a day at the beach.
