We’re proud to share that Loch has once again achieved recognition across three key legal accolades: Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and The Times 250 Best Law Firms, reflecting the continued dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us.

This year marks 11 consecutive years of recognition in Chambers and Partners and 15 years in Legal 500, where we are now ranked in Band 1 for Employment Law. It’s our fourth consecutive year making The Times 250 list. These rankings, based on independent client and peer feedback, offer meaningful insight into the quality and consistency of our service.

      Client and Peer Feedback

We are grateful for the testimonials shared, which offer a clear picture of the relationships we build and the standard of care clients experience. One client shared that “Loch have handled some very sensitive and complex cases for us brilliantly.” The ability to listen deeply and understand the nuances of each organisation is a recurring theme, with feedback noting that “Loch ask excellent questions to really get under the skin of our situation and we are never in doubt about their ability to help us.”

Clients also emphasised the strength of our technical and strategic approach. As one testimonial puts it: “Their deep understanding of the business landscape, combined with their legal expertise, allows them to provide pragmatic and strategic advice.” Another summed up their experience as “Outstanding on all levels.”

Individual Achievements: Leading Figures at Loch

We are also pleased to confirm that Pam Loch, Solicitor and CEO at Loch, has once again been ranked as a Leading Individual in Employment Law by Chambers for the 16th consecutive year, as well as retaining her status as a Leading Partner in Legal 500.

Clients comment on Pam’s skill and commitment, sharing that she is “an excellent lawyer and provides first-class service. She always goes the extra mile and looks after her clients and team brilliantly.”

Also celebrating is Victoria Regan, Partner and Solicitor at Loch, who has now achieved six consecutive years of recognition in the Chambers rankings and retained her Leading Partner status in Legal 500. She is described by clients as “excellent,” with her approach captured succinctly: “Victoria listens deeply.”

Recognition in The Times 250 Best Law Firms

Alongside these rankings, we are delighted that Loch has been included for a fourth consecutive year in The Times 250 Best Law Firms. As this list is based on votes from lawyers across the country, it provides a valuable endorsement from within the legal profession and reinforces the reputation we’ve built for excellence in employment law with our peers.

Our Integrated Approach: Delivering Coordinated Solutions

Much of the feedback we receive reflects the benefits of our multidisciplinary structure. By bringing together legal expertise with people and advisory services in an integrated model, we ensure that clients receive coordinated support that recognises the broader people, culture and operational issues behind any workplace challenge.

Looking Ahead: Continuing to Deliver Exceptional Service

Our thanks go to our clients, peers and to our team. This recognition encourages us to keep focusing on what matters most: delivering high-quality, practical and personable support to every organisation and individual we work with. As employment law and workplace dynamics continue to evolve, our priority is to ensure our advice remains current, accessible and grounded in a deep understanding of our clients’ objectives. We will continue to offer our clients joined-up support that reflects the modern workplace.
